1.<\/strong> Define<\/h4>\n

The solutions were too supply-oriented. Our job was to come up with innovative solutions that would actually be put to use and teach the team about our approach on how to come to these solutions.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> DISCOVER<\/h4>\n

Based on interviews and field research, it soon became clear there wasn\u2019t one comprehensive solution for all locations, due to multiple hotspots, a variety of target groups, peak moments and different dynamics per location. So, we had to map this out first.<\/p>\n

We delivered a tool or framework that could be applied to all different locations, which made it easier to come up with solutions. Another result was transforming a bike parking into a gathering space.<\/p>\n
