1.<\/strong> Define<\/h4>\n

Addiction treatment North-Holland asked us to integrate marketing more effectively into their organization. It became apparent, based on interviews, that their positioning was not clearly defined.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n

2.<\/strong> DISCOVER<\/h4>\n

Together with a multidisciplinary team, we mapped out the origin of the organization. After this, we took a fresh look at target groups and moments of interaction. We organized workshops with patients, employees and other institutions.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n

We turned a supply-oriented organization into a demand-orientated institution. With a clear vision, mission & \u2018brand\u2019 strategy and positioning. This gave the renewed organization a head start which led to a more effective addiction treatment all round.<\/p>\n
